Delivery and installation services for modular construction


Delivery and installation services ModuleCo services include the delivery and installation of units, constructed off site. The units are delivered on lorries and fully weather protected during transportation.

Once the units are delivered to site they are carefully positioned by crane. Depending on the size of the building, the craning of the units usually takes between one and four days and is typically carried out at the weekends to minimise disruption to the hospital’s operations. All delivery and installation works are carried out in accordance with detailed method statements with safety measures being strictly imposed and monitored.

				The flexibility of modular construction enables us to position healthcare buildings in challenging locations. Many of our previous projects have been restricted in the availability of space. For example, we have completed a number of projects where the building was positioned within an enclosed courtyard, or in a tight space on top of existing buildings.

Once the building is erected on site, all the services are connected and the installation completed. We also provide full commissioning of all systems, including relevant certification and sterile cleaning prior to handover.
